The Body Purification Treatment sets out to cleanse the whole body to achieve a balance of vatha, pitha and kapha based on the panchakarma treatments. Lasting 15 days, the treatment includes daily relaxing massages using herbs grown on site: snehapapanam, nasyam, vireshanam, medicated purgatives: snehavasthi, dhara, pizhicil, njavarakizhi, karnapoorraam, tharpanam, sirovasthi, steam baths, herbal drinks and internal herbal medicines.

The Rejuvenation Therapy transforms the mind, body and soul, whilst toning skin and strengthening the system to achieve its ideal health and longevity. The therapy includes daily body massages by hand and foot by the professionally and enthusiastically trained masseurs with custom made oils and creams, with the sirodhara, together with internal rejuvenative medicines and refreshing steam baths. Lasting 90 minutes to two hours per day for seven to fourteen days, this treatment will set you on the path to glowing skin and a relaxed state of mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

The Slimming Programme consists of a unique daily combination of two types of massages – medicated herbal powder massage and scented oil massage which are given for twenty eight days. The programme also includes relaxing steam baths, along with specially blended herbal juices and teas. The organic Ayurvedic diet is also advised to aid in weight loss for the duration of the programme.

Body Immunisation/ Longevity treatment will help guest to turn back the clock, as this is the prime treatment in Ayurveda for reducing the ageing process and regenerating the body cells. Most effective if taken before the age of 60, guests are given a specially created Ayurvedic medicine, along with the Panchakarma treatments. The 28-day programme includes body massage, along with snehapana, virechanam, nasyam, snehavasti, dhara, pizhichil, njavarkizhi, tharpanam, sirovashi, karnapooranam and medicated steam baths.
